Sufficient space.

Although having another room available, I booked for two rooms but on arival I was informed only one has been reserved.

Conveniently situated.

the cleaners are noisy in the mornings. The food at the restaurant was horrible compared to other similar type of hotels I've been to.

I honestly cannot say that there was one thing that I enjoyed during my stay, it was a pretty below-par experience for a Protea Hotel.

Only one vending machine in the entire hotel, which was not in working order! The receptionist at the time was also very unfriendly, and did not make any effort to resolve the vending machine issue. Also no mini-bar in my room, so I had to drink tap water throughout the evening.

We enjoyed the convenience and proximity it offered to our dance venue. Our room was functional and clean and provided us with all we needed. Thank-you.

We opted out of the breakfast, as we dont eat big breakfasts and the price was a little too hefty for us. But if there was a smaller menu we would have considered it, eg a cafe style menu.

Clean comfortable convenient.

Does not have a proper bar. Hence one would leave the hotel to go for a few drinks.

The reception employee was very kind, polite and helpful.

Nice room with a desk to work and comfy bed.

The Internet connection was slow and not compatible with VPN to get to my corporate email. Please upgrade your system.

Everything, I stay at this hotel whenever I go to Bloemfontein and they are my family and friends away from home. Just love them and the hotel, especially the rooms, I love to bath and hate to shower so the bath is great. The food is excellent too.

Friendly service, beautiful and well maintained interior. Spacious room with comfortable beds and luxury linen and bedding. Room was quiet and peaceful especially for a inner city Hotel. Excellent value for money. Staff very proffesional and helpful.
